GIG HARBOR, Wash.—Control Solutions Inc., a supply chain management and mobility company, has acquired Compsee Inc., a mobility systems company, from its parent McRae Industries Inc.
The new organization will continue to operate under the Compsee name. The acquisition does not include mobile terminal manufacturing operations in Mt. Gilead, N.C., which will remain with McRae Industries. Compsee will serve as an authorized reseller for McRae Industries.
