The Bolzoni Auramo Force-Matic automatically adjusts grip force—in real time throughout the handling cycle—to best fit the load weight. Once a Bolzoni Auramo-trained technician calibrates the load parameters of the valve, Force-Matic operates like a mechanical calculator, automatically and continuously ‘tweaking’ the hydraulic pressure required to securely clamp the load.
Force-Matic is 100% mechanical, has no electrical connections and integrates into the lift truck’s hydraulic system. Its heavy duty aluminum construction has been designed to ensure virtually no maintenance and easy installation.
