The WEIGHTROLLER FORKS weighs, displays, accumulates and records the weight of each lifted load with an amazing accuracy of .1% (5# in a 5000# load). This innovative design requires NO installation --- only the forks be hung on a standard forklift carriage. These weighing FFOORRKKSS can be switched between any make or model forklift with the same Class 2 or Class 3 carriage. A wireless in cab PDA communicates with the FORKS allowing the operator to view load weight (in Lbs or Kgs) Custom WEIGHTROLLER software in the PDA allows recording logs of each weighing event in:

1) time/date 2) load weight 3) company 4) customer 5) load description 6) trailer ID 7) custom comments. Logged weighing events can then be exported from the PDA’s cradle to a host PC where the events can be filtered and graphed. Adhesive labels can be printed by on board Bluetooth enabled printer. WEIGHTROLLER FORKS can significantly improve the productivity by eliminating trips to a static ground scale. Accurate weighing of incoming and outgoing loads verifies bill of lading weights insuring correct billing charges and preventing overloading.
