HK Systems, Inc. (Milwaukee) has announced that Bob Woodruff, ABC newsman and author, will be the keynote speaker for its 22nd annual Material Handling and Logistics Conference. Woodruff has been with ABC News since 1996 and covered major stories throughout the country and around the world. In his keynote presentation, he will share his perspective on current world and U.S. headlines and challenges. His take on Iraq is informed not only by his experiences as a journalist, but also by his having been the victim of terrorist violence while on assignment.

The 2007 Material Handling and Logistics Conference, sponsored by HK Systems, takes place September 16-19 in Park City, Utah. The event offers more than 60 educational sessions addressing executive strategies, enabling technologies (RFID), logistics software and controls, distribution and fulfillment methodologies, end user profiles, maintenance practices, and hands-on demonstrations.
