Obama Is In Way Over His Head

By persistently scolding BP and using inflammatory rhetoric, President Obama has done little to improve BP's efforts to cap the well and mitigate the damage of the Gulf oil spill, or to foster effective cooperation between federal and state agencies that could improve those efforts, says economist Peter Morici. Obama's inability to act and reason with such detachment, Morici says, is a terrible indictment on his presidency.
