Money isn't everything, especially when it comes to motivating your employees. Here are some ways you can improve productivity and morale without spending any money. You will, however, have to spend more time appreciating your staff.

Gravity Payments CEO Dan Price famously took a 90% pay cut so he could bring all of his 120 employees up to a minimum salary for $70,000. That doesn't necessarily mean, though, that money is the be-all and end-all of employee motivation.
