Interroll has introduced the MX 025H high-performance crossbelt sorter, which offers an increased conveying speed of up to 2.5 m/s (8.2 ft/s) compared to 1.8 m/s (5.9 ft/s) for the still available Interroll ST 6160 crossbelt sorter. The new sorter enables throughput rates of up to 20,000 conveyed goods per hour.
The MX 025H is able to transport goods weighing up to 50 kg. In addition, the width of the carriers has been increased by 50%, allowing more flexibility when sorting goods of different dimensions.
The drive chain has been replaced with a rubber belt. This means there is no need for lubrication.
Thanks to the mechanical drive concept, the sorter operates quietly—below 67 dB(A), even at the highest throughput rates.
