For E-commerce applications, the ProCommerce Vertical Bagging Series produces custom bag sizes lined with bubble mailing material. This solution provides protection for sensitive or more fragile products.
Producing 10 to 15 packages per minute, it uses flat stock material lined with bubble wrap to create custom packages in the vertical dimension; it also adds flexibility with the ability to run bubble mailing material or opaque mailing film.
Other features include the ability to be integrated with an ID Technology print and apply labeler, an Allen Bradley PLC with intuitive HMI design, and no ties to a film contract.
