Cleo has introduced a new capability called “intelligent error categorization” to its EDI managed services solution, Transaction Monitoring & Management (TM&M). This capability takes an AI-powered approach to how integration errors are identified, categorized and resolved for managed services customers.
Cleo’s TM&M offering combines the power of the Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) platform, the Cleo Network, and managed services to deliver a technology-enabled EDI managed service. The solution can automatically classify, analyze and consolidate integration errors—helping to accelerate troubleshooting and resolution processes.
With the new solution, 96% of all errors can be automatically resolved without human intervention, allowing Cleo managed services and support teams to focus on higher-priority tasks. Also, 75% of integration errors are automatically analyzed and grouped into actionable clusters.
