High-Density Bin Storage
Mallard Manufacturing has introduced Dyna-Pick, a high-density warehouse bin storage system designed to transform underutilized rack space into ergonomic picking zones.
Purpose-built for each picking, small parts storage and split-case fulfillment, Dyna-Pick is engineered to solve such order picking challenges as inefficient space usage, labor-intensive storage reconfiguration, and SKU visibility issues.
The Dyna-Pick system features rugged industrial canvas panels that suspend below standard pallet rack beams, creating two rows of hanging bins in what would be floor-level rack space. A quick-connect bracket, which mounts inside the rack beam—not over it—is designed to eliminate snag points and allow clip-on installation.
Panels hook into the mounting brackets for tool-free installation and quick reconfiguration. Sliding front panels allow uninterrupted access to back-row bins with an always-open picking space. Dedicated areas for barcode or SKU labels enhance visibility and support pick-to-light automation. A reinforced front flap keeps products contained while ensuring barcode visibility for fast, accurate scanning.
Dyna-Pick is available in small and medium configurations, both sized to fit standard 138”W x 42”D pallet rack bays.
