Flexco’s line of Roller Conveyor Transfer Plates (RCTP) features a concave top surface, specifically engineered to accommodate O-ring drive bands commonly found in distribution centers and parcel-handling facilities.
Like previous RCTP models, the channel version is available in 6" (150mm) and 12" (300mm) lengths and is designed for use with 1.9” (50mm) diameter rollers spaced on 3” (75mm) centers. It can be trimmed to fit site-specific applications, allowing for quick installation. Made from low-friction materials, the channel RCTP incurs minimal wear, providing long-term durability. Its bright yellow color enhances visibility, making inspections and monitoring simple for maintenance teams.
