Loading Dock Automation
4SIGHT Connect has launched Auto Dock, which integrates the loading dock into a modern facility’s digital ecosystem by synchronizing dock equipment with autonomous vehicles, providing a transition between the facility and the trailer.
Auto Dock allows facilities to treat the loading dock as a fully orchestrated environment. By unifying dock hardware with facility software, the solution ensures that automated forklifts, AGVs, AMRs and the like can operate with the same precision at the dock as they do in the aisles.

Centralized orchestration: Synchronizes dock levelers, doors and vehicle restraints with AGVs, LGVs, AMRs and other automated equipment.
Configurable intelligent workflows: Enables automated pauses for critical safety checks, trailer inspections, dunnage deployment, trailer securement, etc.
Auto Dock ready: Docks that already have compatible hardware can enable Auto Dock without replacing equipment.
Universal integration: Standardized data sets allow for rapid deployment and compatibility with existing autonomous systems, ERPs and warehouse management systems (WMS).
