Vertical Brush Barrier
Flexco has launched the Radial Belt Edge Protector (BEP-R), a specialized addition to its BEP product line designed to address the unique challenges of curved conveyor systems.
The BEP-R features a vertical brush barrier specifically engineered to prevent package jams at power turns, where parcels naturally migrate toward the outside edge and become trapped between the conveyor belt and the conveyor structure.
The vertical brush creates a flexible barrier, preventing package intrusion without interfering with belt movement.
The BEP-R is suitable for logistics facilities, airport baggage handling systems, parcel sortation centers, and any operation utilizing curved conveyors.
