Electric Counterbalanced Lift Truck
Yale Lift Truck Technologies has introduced the ERC45-70VG2, a 4,500- to 7,000-pound capacity electric cushion tire lift truck designed for high-intensity warehousing applications.
The configurability of the ERC-VG2 series gives users the flexibility to choose a solution tailored to their application, duty cycle and performance goals. The Intelimatch configuration is optimized for everyday warehouse operations, while Duramatch is engineered for high-throughput, multi-shift environments. The ERC-VG2 is also available with a range of battery options, including lead acid, thin plate pure lead and factory-integrated lithium-ion power.
The operator compartment is available with suspended and air ride seat options to reduce shock and vibration transmitted to the operator, intuitive controls and flip-up armrests to help operators stave off fatigue and work efficiently.
The truck is designed for reduced maintenance compared to the previous model, with fully sealed wet brake axles requiring 20% less service over the life of the truck. When service is necessary, quick-access panels, tool-free service points and over-the-air diagnostics boost maintenance efficiency and minimize downtime.
