90-degree Transfer Unit
Pulseroller has introduced its PDS-90 (Pulse Divert Switch 90), a high-speed, modular 90-degree transfer unit designed for conveyor systems requiring increased throughput, layout flexibility, and reliable operation in demanding environments.
The unit introduces a transfer concept in which the roller bed and transfer belts move alternately, enabling throughput rates of 1,800+ parcels per hour. This enables higher system capacity without increasing conveyor footprint, making it suitable for high-throughput distribution and fulfillment operations.
The PDS-90 maintains a constant conveying elevation during transfer, eliminating vertical product movement. It features a scalable design available in seven standard configuration variants and accommodates conveyor between-frame (BF) designs ranging from 15” to 34”. It supports loads up to 110 lbs., with higher capacity options available, and is offered in both standard and freezer-rated versions.
