Compact Palletizer
Scott Technology has launched the NexPAL 200HL, a compact, high-capacity palletizer developed to help manufacturers increase production capacity where floorspace is limited.
The NexPAL 200HL delivers 35+ cases per minute across a broad range of product formats and sizes, while occupying a footprint 25% smaller than most comparable palletizing solutions.
Its compact architecture uses a side-mounted rotating row pusher, allowing case infeed and row formation to occur simultaneously while eliminating traditional overhead pusher components. The design maintains easy access for cleaning and maintenance, while automatic changeovers and flexible pattern execution support a broad range of products and pallet configurations. Application-specific options include label orientation, interlayer sheet handling and pallet dispensing.
