Calyx has launched packOS, an operating system for enterprise packaging designed to modernize how complex packaging portfolios are sourced, priced and moved toward production.

Using packOS, enterprise buyers can upload existing artwork and receive production-ready files, photorealistic renderings and pricing across multiple domestic and international sourcing paths, with corresponding lead times that make it easier to compare options and make purchasing decisions.

The platform launches first with Quick Quote, its first major component and the centerpiece of the initial packOS experience. Quick Quote allows enterprise buyers to upload existing packaging artwork and, within seconds, receive production-ready files, photorealistic renderings, sourcing options, pricing and corresponding lead times across multiple domestic and international production paths. That simple experience sits on top of a platform designed specifically for the complexity of enterprise packaging, where teams may be managing hundreds of SKUs, multiple suppliers and manufacturers, tight launch schedules, different production methods and changing inventory needs at the same time.
