Extreme-Duty Containers
ORBIS Corp. has introduced BulkPak HDR4048-25/34 extreme-duty containers, which are designed to help maximize trailer and warehouse utilization, reduce packaging waste and improve operational efficiency through repeated reuse.
HDR4048 handles up to 2,000 lb. load capacity, and features a durable HDPE construction with solid sidewalls, and a standard 1200 x 1000 mm footprint. A full-stringer base allows for efficient stacking and handling. It includes access doors on the long side, and is compatible with existing HDR4048 containers.
Key enhancements include an HDMP-inspired panel design for enhanced durability; improved HDMP-style latches and hinges for longer service life; retention clips replacing fiberglass rods for easier maintenance; enhanced base-to-stringer interlock for added stability; and updated ribbing and base design for improved overall performance.
