4-Way Pallet Shuttle
ZS Robotics has launched the H125 four-way pallet shuttle, which has a chassis height of just 125 mm.
The H125 four-way shuttle features a range of safety features, and incorporates four-way travel, in-place track switching, automatic transport, and smart monitoring into an ultra-low profile. The modularity of the pallet AS/RS system means it can be deployed without major disruption to existing operations.
The H125 pallet shuttle system is compliant with the CE, UL and CSA international safety standards, and features 13 sensors designed specifically for safety, enabling intelligent obstacle avoidance, pallet presence sensing, load imbalance sensing, and more.
The pallet AS/RS system has a modular design, with more than 90% modular components that can be removed, serviced, and replaced in as little as five minutes. Easy to retrofit in existing facilities, including cross-floor, multi-column, and irregular buildings, it is compatible with conventional shuttle racking, uses standard 120V single-phase power for charging, and integrates with existing warehouse management software to minimize complexity.
It utilizes conflict-free optimal pathing and predictable scheduling to autonomously co-ordinate the shuttles, preventing traffic jams and bottlenecks, and supports global optimization for 200+ four-way shuttles. There is very little manual intervention, and the solution is engineered to minimize downtime, with coordinated charging times and system uptime of 99.8%.
