OnRobot has launched the 2FGP20 Fork, a standardized, all-electric fork palletizing gripper designed specifically for open boxes, display boxes and other low-rigidity boxes. It handles box payloads up to 35.2 lbs across major industrial and collaborative robot brands.

The gripper lifts packages from underneath and stabilizes them from above with an adjustable top clamp applying 10 N to 40 N of holding force. Four standard fork configurations accommodate different box sizes and palletizing setups.

By operating entirely on electricity, the tool eliminates compressed air infrastructure. In addition, an integrated electric vacuum pump picks and places interlayer slip sheets up to 5.5 lbs without requiring tool changes or interrupting cycles.
