Reusable Hybrid Pallet
IFCO has launched Atlas, a reusable, next-generation hybrid pallet.
It combines a hollow-steel deck with a durable HDPE frame to provide the strength, consistency and reliability required across production, warehousing, automation, transportation, and retail.
Closed runners, robust construction and precise 48x40-inch dimensions support stable movement through automated systems. With no nails or wood splinters to create debris or interfere with sensors and rollers, Atlas helps keep operations running smoothly.
At just 58 pounds, Atlas offers a comparable weight to other pallets, without the moisture absorption that can cause wooden pallets to gain weight over time. Anti-slip features, rounded corners and four-way forklift access support stable loads and efficient handling.
Fire-retardant materials come as standard and have been tested to UL 2335, with certification pending. Atlas is also non-absorbent, resistant to water and mold, and free from nails, sharp edges, and splinters.
