Lithium-Ion-Powered Pallet Jacks
Applied Energy Solutions will demonstrate its use of lithium-ion in a battery and charger pack for pallet jacks. Lithium-ion technology provides an energy dense and efficient chemistry, causing the battery to require less energy for returning to a full state of charge. This leads to considerable amounts of energy savings and a reduction in the user’s carbon footprint. The new product is also virtually maintenance free because the electrolyte level does not need to be monitored. The lithium-ion charger and battery pack also allows minimal loss in vehicle performance as the battery is discharged.
