Accellos Acquires Radio Beacon

Accellos Inc. (Colorado Springs, Colo.) a provider of logistics, transportation, warehouse and fleet management software acquired Radio Beacon Inc. (Toronto). Radio Beacon is a provider of warehouse management software. The acquisition will reportedly expand Accellos’ logistics capabilities and provide an opportunity to establish the combined company as a leader in the logistics, 3PL and WMS software market. Financial details were not disclosed.
