HighJump Acquires Pinnacle Distribution Concepts
HighJump Software (Eden Prairie, Minn.) acquired Pinnacle Distribution Concepts Inc. (Knoxville, Tenn.). Pinnacle is the developer of a web-based transportation management system (TMS) known as FreightLogic. The addition of Pinnacle expands HighJump Software's offering in the transportation market and will reportedly help customers minimize shipping costs while improving customer service. FreightLogic will become a component within the HighJump Supply Chain Advantage suite.
