The merged entity will operate under the USF Reddaway brand providing direct service to Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah and Washington, in addition to Alberta and British Columbia Provinces in Canada. New coverage will reach Arizona, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. The consolidated organization will also expand its capacity in California and Nevada.

YRC Regional Transportation is now made up of four entities. The three in addition to USF Reddaway are USF Holland, USF Glen Moore and New Penn. USF Holland will be expanding its service coverage to include Arkansas and Mississippi, and will provide full-state service in Kansas. It will take over former USF Bestway service facilities in Little Rock, Arkansas. Wichita, Kansas and Jackson, Mississippi. New Penn and USF Glen Moore are not affected by these changes.
