The BSH solution will take advantage of a multi-client distribution operation in Aurora, IL. Menlo will provide 30,000 square feet of warehouse space and integrated logistics services. Menlo manages a similar operation for BSH in New Jersey.

Elsewhere, National Retail Systems Inc. said it would develop the “largest freight distribution complex in the New York area within 10 miles of Port Elizabeth, NJ.”

National Retail Systems (NRS) recently acquired 100 acres in Jersey City, NJ across from the company’s existing 100-acre distribution campus. That campus includes several transload facilities and an automated distribution center.

NRS will build a 100,000-square-foot container transload facility on the new site. The yard complex will have capacity to hold 3,000 containers or trailers. It is also developing an intermodal rail yard with direct access to mainline rail adjacent to the property and near a US Postal Service sorting facility.
