Following a review of proposed amendments and changes in ratings for a number of commodities, the National Classification Committee of the National Motor Freight Traffic Association has released a Notice of Disposition. “As part of the disposition, proponents of a specific proposal may publicly disagree with the [NCC’s] ruling on that proposal by contacting the NCC,” says the National Industrial Transportation League (NITL). The deadline is November 1, 2007.
