Meridian IQ acquires GPS Logistics Group

Meridian IQ, the global logistics management subsidiary of Yellow Roadway Corp., has acquired Shanghai, Chinabased GPS Logistics Group, a provider of third-party logistics services (3PL). The acquisition will provide management depth and expertise in China.

With the acquisition, Meridian IQ will add 230 employees located in 25 offices throughout Asia, as well as a Class A license in China.
