Turn-by-Turn Route Directions

Airclic, a global provider of cloud-based software, and ALK Technologies, providers of GeoLogistics and navigation software, announce that ALK’s CoPilot Truck GPS navigation solution will be integrated into Airclic’s cloud-based mobile software products. The solution will provide spoken, turn-by-turn directions that take into account truck-restricted roads to avoid costly fines and vehicle damage. It will also reduce out-of-route mileage and increase driver efficiency. Using customizable truck dimensions for height, length, width and weight/axle weight, drivers can calculate the optimal route to provide driver's safe and reliable routing on truck-legal roads.
