Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) offers a product selector tool, “Order Picking Solutions from Jungheinrich,” designed to help warehouse professionals select the right forklift equipment for their application.
The tool guides customers through a series of short questions regarding the customer’s specific needs, including capacity, aisle width, picking height, required shifts and picking type. Based on the answers, the tool recommends a forklift to consider. Once a result is revealed, customers can view in-depth information about the chosen lift truck.
