BEAUMONT, Texas—The assets of C&D Robotics Inc. are being acquired by Italian firm Euroimpianti SpA, a producer of automated palletizing systems.
The company’s new name will be C&D Skilled Robotics Inc.
C&D Skilled Robotics will design, manufacture, and service gantry palletizing systems as well as offer its Skilled line of articulated arm robots, scara robots and laser-guided vehicles from its locations in Beaumont, Texas, and Schio, Italy.
