Manual Order Processing Still the Order of the Day

Almost two-thirds of respondents (64%) to MHM's monthly online poll indicate that their organizations input a majority of orders manually. Over half (52%) enter 76% to 100% of orders manually (received via phone fax and/or e-mail).
