RedPrairie to Acquire Geocomtms

The combined companies will operate under the name RedPrairie Corp. and will integrate and support all products and services from both organizations. RedPrairie’s Global Transportation Group will integrate and oversee Geocomtms’ Quebec City and Atlanta offices under RedPrairie’s Global Transportation Group’s president, Tim Conroy.
