Cyngn has integrated its AI-powered DriveMod kit with the Motrec MT-160 autonomous electric tugger, which features an automatic hitch disconnect capability.
The tugger features a 6,000-pound towing capacity, 54-inch turning radius and can self-navigate any warehouse.
At the heart of the Motrec tugger’s performance is an AC powertrain with a low-maintenance brushless electric motor, which provides precise motor control, higher maximum speeds and improved torque at lower speeds.
