By automating records and audit logs, the system supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and provides full traceability while eliminating the need for manual label inspection.
LABELQ supports a range of modes, including printing and inspecting until the required lot size is reached, automatic vision file generation for bartender label templates, and reject marking with print stoppage to ensure accountability. Configurations include inspection-only, print-and-inspect, label ablation, and others, supporting lot sizes from 50 to 50,000.
