Hand Tool for Plastic Strapping
Signode has introduced the BXT4 battery-powered hand tool for plastic strapping.
It comes equipped with EasyTrigger technology, which simplifies strap insertion and removal with a single finger pull—streamlining the strapping process and improving ergonomics for operators. The BXT4 tool is powered by the latest AMPShare battery from BOSCH, enabling up to 800 cycles per charge to reduce downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
The BXT4 tool includes manual, semi-automatic and automatic modes of operation, a wear-resistant base made from heat-treated steel, and tool components built to withstand industrial demands. Its intuitive graphic touch color display reduces training time and improves operator accuracy, while fine-tuned adjustments for tension force and welding speed allow for precise control across a variety of packaging applications.
