Rite-Hite has launched Dok-Commander Pro, an advanced dock control solution designed to provide real-time equipment visibility and advanced diagnostics at the loading dock with connectivity through the Rite-Hite ONE platform that extends visibility across multiple docks and facilities.
Dok-Commander Pro builds on the established Dok-Commander platform with a full touchscreen interface, multilingual-ready navigation and over-the-air firmware and user interface (UI) updates. The system is designed to help facilities enhance dock safety, streamline troubleshooting and support more informed maintenance planning.
Dok-Commander Pro provides operations and maintenance teams with immediate visibility into dock equipment status, safety-related fault codes and connected device activity through an intuitive touchscreen interface with guided troubleshooting. When connected to the Rite-Hite ONE platform, this visibility extends across multiple dock positions, allowing teams to monitor and troubleshoot equipment from a single location instead of going dock to dock, helping them respond faster and reduce unplanned disruptions. Over-the-air updates allow facilities to maintain current control functionality without requiring hardware replacement, supporting long-term flexibility and minimizing service complexity.
