Not a day goes by without news about how AI is being implemented across all company operations, including the supply chain. We have reported how Walmart is utilizing agentic AI in its supply chain for dynamic decision making, optimization and proactive issue resolutions.

As far as intralogistics is concerned, we have reported on how it can enhance human potential, not replace it. 

However, Gartner reports that AI for procurement is delivering uneven returns on investment.
