RedPrairie Corp., a provider of supply chain software solutions, has finalized the acquisition of SofTechnics, a provider of integrated retail enterprise solutions that has been serving customers for more than 20 years. The acquisition will provide an extension to RedPrairie's E²e productivity suite.

Serving 24 of the top 75 supermarket chains in the U.S., SofTechnics provides mobile price and inventory management solutions for both grocery and general retailers.
